Stompy McClickety

OnSong plays nice with totally rad foot pedals so you can keep your grubby hands off the screen. Totes perfect for singers, drummers & other musical peeps who'd rather, y'know, actually play instead of tap-tap-tapping like a maniac.

Bluetooth

The least janky way to hook up foot pedals? Bluetooth, obvi. It's basically a keyboard for your feet (which honestly sounds weirder than it is). Companies like AirTurn, CODA, & PageFlip make pedals that actually don't suck & do what they're supposed to do.

Stomp your way through songs & navigate your setlist like you're kickin' down a door. Customize each pedal's vibe in the Foot Pedal Setup screen. Got four pedals? Even better—throw Gears in the mix & basically turn your feet into a control panel.

MIDI

MIDI devices like the iRig Blueboard work with OnSong too, but LOL—setup's annoying & you gotta drop cash on the MIDI Integration in-app purchase. Each pedal needs its own love & attention. No plug-&-play magic here, srsly.

Wired

OnSong also vibes with old-school wired USB pedals that Apple's cool with.

Note: Real talk—USB pedals need juice from your iOS/iPadOS device & demand a Camera Connection Kit to even *exist on your gear. Seriously, check with the maker first or you'll be big mad. KTHXBYE.*
